[OpenLayers-Users] Polygon Editing Intersection demo

I've finished a first demo for the Intersection management during polygon
editing. I've had few time, so it should be optimized... In this version I
do the check while dragging, so it gets less fluid when there are a lot of
vertices. I will improve it as soon as I find some time!
