[OpenLayers-Users] Toggle EditingToolbar

Hi. You can probably register a featureselected listener on the vector
layer and make that listener activate the navigation control using
toolbar.controls[0].activate(). I haven't tested this myself but I'm
pretty confident it, or something close to it, should work. Eric
