[OpenLayers-Users] OpenLayers.Control.SelectFeature in Mutiple Layers

Hi ashlin,

I had to deal with a very similar problem. My workaround was to use only 
one vector layer containing all typeNames in it. OpenLayers didn't fully 
support this so I had to do some dirty hacks to make it work.

I see in Trac that there's currently some work being done to resolve 
this. I suggest you follow theses tickets, I'll do the same with a lot 
of interest :
