[OpenLayers-Users] display copyright/scales/scalebar on map with a white border

I don't think this is possible using CSS because unfortunately, most
of available browsers doesn't support the text-shadow css attribute.
Maybe, it would be possible to achieve this with VML/SVG , painful though.
