[OpenLayers-Users] WMS GetCapabilities parser

Hi list,

I've made some changes/additions to the WMS GetCapabilities parser, and
see multiple people are working on this right now [1]. I think it also
requires a rewrite to Tim's new style parsers (with a readers property).

Does OpenLayers envision the OGC Formats to be part of OpenLayers itself,
or more as addins? Should we create a sandbox in which we can collaborate?
In other words, how can we best work together on these formats?

Next to GetCapabilities ofcourse there is DescribeLayer,
DescribeFeatureType etc.
