[OpenLayers-Users] Whither extLayerSwitcher?

Whatever happened to your ExtLayerSwitcher control?  I still have the  
copy you had on the bnnhelp.cz site back in March that you mention in:

http://openlayers.org/pipermail/users/2008-March/005109.html

but I was wondering if there were any updates.

The old link is broken, but I do see a HSLayerSwitcher in the hslayers  
project map.  It's condensed though, and all the documentation  
comments are stripped out.  Does this replace ExtLayerSwitcher, and is  
it still GPL?  Is the source available somewhere?
