[OpenLayers-Users] center crosshairs?

My image doesn't move with the map b/c I stuck it in the
map_OpenLayers_ViewPort div (which I probably shouldn't do), so I don't need
to recenter when the map moves. I do need to recenter when the window is
resized, and there is a handy event for that: window.onresize;
