[OpenLayers-Users] WMSCapabilities

Hi,
I got this error 
"OpenLayers.Format.WMSCapabilities is not a constructor"

when trying this
var capabilitiesFormat = new OpenLayers.Format.WMSCapabilities(); 

I included this script in my code
<script src="http://openlayers.org/api/OpenLayers.js"></script>

Should I include something else?
