[OpenLayers-Users] DragFeature - how to prevent dragging of features??

Thanks for the response.  The other day I did come across some OL dev
discussions on that capability.  It is good to see that it looks like it
will officially be there (in v2.8).  I will find a way to work around this
issue for the time being.
