Hi. FeatureServer and MapFish may suit you. If you're a PHP developer
you may be interested in the MapFish plugin for Symfony (<
http://www.symfony-project.org/plugins/sfMapFishPlugin>). I'd be happy
to provide more details on MapFish if needed (on the MapFish mailing
list).
