[OpenLayers-Users] Open Layers compaitable with mobiles?

Hi
 
Actually we have a requirement for browsing maps, searching datsets through mobile clients using a generic interface
and I would like to know if Open layers can be used for mobile applications?
 
If Yes, Does it support Mobiles having Symbion OS or Windows CE OS?
