OpenLayers has no support for any SOAP services of any kind. There are
Javascript SOAP libraries, I belive, but I would highly recommend
against SOAP within Javascript.

When you say 'mapserver', do you mean "MapServer"? Wrapping that up in
SOAP and using that from Javascript sems like a terrible way to go...
