[OpenLayers-Users] drag markers

I have seen a demo from a sandbox of OpenLayers.Control.DragMarker.

When is this feature intended for inclusion in a stable version of OL - I
can't see it in 2.7?
 
Is there any way I can get access to a version of OL with this feature?
