[OpenLayers-Users] vector points with variable sizes

I am loading up vector points (OL 2.6) from an external file just fine. As I
load them I vary the pointRadius of the default style by an attribute
factor. When I load these with an alert in the loop it gives me exactly what
I want. However, when you zoom in or out it reverts back to the default
size. I want to keep the variable sized vector circles once loaded.

 

Is there something that I need to do to fix these once they are drawn on the
map?
