[OpenLayers-Users] Vector drawing issue with IE

not sure of what I'm writing here, but shouldn't a 4326 layer be
reprojected to allow vector layer drawing on it's top ? The problem with
WGS84 is that the y-axis is not constant. That can explain the problem,
but it shouldn't work with firefox either.
