[OpenLayers-Users] Map wrapping?

I have NZ earthquake data in KML format. These data often span the dateline
and are rendered on the map in 2 sets, each side of the date line. As I
scroll the map eastward the set of data west of the dateline disappears as
the set east of the dateline appears. It looks clunky, and gives the initial
impression that earthquakes only occur west of the dateline. Is it possible
to display all data at once? This sounds a similar request to one above
written 9 months ago - has there been any development on this issue or is
there going to be?
