[OpenLayers-Users] MapGuide overlay session ID requirements

if it's tiled it's cached, if it's dynamic with a session the config is cached
so it's faster... wms in mg is more 'stateless' i think so there's
more overhead...
as mg needs to load everything each time per wms tile
