[OpenLayers-Users] problems with Modify Feature

I have just beet playing with the Modify Feature, true I can draw drag 
/resize but I seem to have a problem with rotation

The example program under 'OpenLayers Modify Feature Example' seem to 
have the same problems, you can eable the 'Allow rotation' checkbox but 
nothing ever seems to happen, is there  a problem or does the rotation 
feature work out using the mouse?
