[OpenLayers-Users] Putting text on vector features

Hi All,


is there a way to display a text next to a vector feature within a
vector layer?

I am thinking at something similar to a label.
It could be always visible or behave like a tooltip when the mouse goes
over that feature.

That would be helpful to help identify a particular feature.
