Thanks for your help, i'll try to learn from your examples. They are  
using MapServer WFS data sources, and i'm limited to PostGIS only (ie.  
GML), but i'll try to translate the WMS GetFeatureInfo or MapServer  
Query mode requests, with the help of a php formatting script.

I was wondering if the OpenLayers.Control.GetFeature (present in the  
dev version of OL) has any example of its use ?
