[OpenLayers-Users] Is it possible to change modifyFeature control ?

Dear list!
Is it possible to change modifyFeature control ?
For example, I want to remove the point of the polygon do not click
Del-button, but mouse double-click on the point. Or add a new point of the
polygon by double clicking on the map.
