[OpenLayers-Users] Image flickering in Firefox when changing the URL of an image layer

I don't use FF 3.5 yet but 3.0 and I do see that flickering also. I just tested it on GNU/Linux and Windows XP.

GNU/Linux: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; de; rv:1.9.0.14) Gecko/2009091010 Iceweasel/3.0.14 (Debian-3.0.14-1)
Windows XP: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.9.0.15) Gecko/2009101601 Firefox/3.0.15
