Fullscreen? This is a CSS issue. If you want that to work, you have to 
either make your page run in quirks mode (i.e. without setting a 
doctype, see http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/fullScreen.html), or you 
need to set a width and height of 100% not just on your map div, but 
also on the body and the html elements of your document
