[OpenLayers-Users] Highlighting of vector layer flickers in Firefox

Hello all,
we recently launched a new website using OpenLayers' capabilities to render
WFS as vector overlays. It turned out quite nicely we think, but we ran into
one minor glitch: When highlighting a polyline on top of a polygon, the
bounding rectangle of the polyline flickers in Firefox (testing in 3.0 and
3.5). Here is an example:

If you move the mouse on and off some of the river shapes, the bounding
rectangle changes color out of sync compared to the rest of the polygon.
That could be an issue in Firefox itself, but I was wondering if we can
possibly do something about it. We have not observed this behavior in any
browser we tested -- and we tested a few.
I'm quite impressed how well this works across browser -- even in IE6. The
performance differs a lot (as one might expect), but apart from the glitch
above we did not find any real issues. Kudos to the team.
Cheers,
Peter
