[OpenLayers-Users] Multiple Invalid Argument errors when leaving a page in IE

I am experiencing multiple Invalid Argument errors when leaving a page 
in IE. I have also tested this with sIEve 
(http://home.orange.nl/jsrosman/) and these error seem to lead to memory 
leaks as well. If I place a try-catch around the offending statements 
this seems to help. Any other ideas? I am using OpenLayers 2.8. Thanks,
