[OpenLayers-Users] Ghosting Issue

Hello all, 

It's probably something simple and I'm not sure if ghosting is the correct
word but I have a problem when I zoom in on my map the original layers from
my full extent show up for a few seconds then they disappear.

It's annoying. See image below
