[OpenLayers-Users] IE 8 error with return !!(document.namespaces); (VML.js) in 2.9 version

Hi,

make sure that you don't create vector layers before the document is loaded. The easiest way to do this is to start building your map in the document's onload handler. This is what all OpenLayers examples do.
