[OpenLayers-Users] Prevent openLayers fetching maps until you release mouse

Hi,

this is not currently supported for tiled layers, but if the layers in question are WMS, you can set the singleTile option of the WMS layers to true (and ratio to 1). This will result in fetching a map for the visible extent when the mouse is released.
