[OpenLayers-Users] Event when map is first initialized

Hi Group

Is it possible to register an event, so when the map object is finished to
fetch the map for the first time, it would call a function.

Because I'm using some wms that are slow to return, and therefore I need
loading bar until the map is generated the first time.
