[OpenLayers-Users] Drag pan while drawing a polygon?

Hello,

Has anyone has figured out a way to enable drag pan while drawing a 
polygon?  I've found that I can click on the pan buttons to move the map 
while drawing, but I think for my application, a drag pan will be a 
better choice.  Any suggestions on how I can set this up?
