Hi Puneet

Just want to thank you for posting the solution to your problem. I had
exactly the same thing and like you spent many hours trying to fix it before
finally stumbling across your second post.

Furthermore my heartfelt support for your plea for better documentation. I
have spent about 3 weeks now alternating between joy and despair as each new
setback can take so many hours of digging before being resolved. There must
be so many people who just give up in frustration. Someone could make real
money by writing a book about this...?
