[OpenLayers-Users] help(derivate projects)

hello all, I wonder if there are any ranking of projects resulting from
openlayers, or a brochure on the differences of them, for example my'm
interested in projects that will upload files in various formats that enable
the implementation of vector or various specifications ( OGC).
