I heard several reports of this this morning. In each case,
it turned out that the person in question was using the Google
DNS service, which was not resolving the name for OpenLayers.

I have looked directly at the nameservers, as well as looking
at the site from 3 different locations, and had no problems
at the time you mentioned.
