[OpenLayers-Users] To create popup without clicking by using UTM coordinate, is it possible?

Hello all,

How could I use my UTM coordinate (47P 0746303 1679102) to create popup
without click on the map for receiving xy coordinate.  
Do I need to reprojection?. Is it possible? If it possible, how could I do.
Please give me some example source code.
