[OpenLayers-Users] OpenLayers + GeoExt

Hi list,

 

My organisation is discussing to continue using OpenLayers because they want a viewer with effects like flex. I think that maybe to use OL and GeoExt or perhaps other js libs as mootools to make menus or transitions similar to flex can be a good solution.

 

Anybody knows if this is possible,  efficient and easy?
