[OpenLayers-Users] Scale dependent layer display

Thank you for your input Alexandre.

I was able to achieve the desired behaviour using the options
maxResolution and minZoomLevel (the later is more handy). I hadn't
been able to get it to work previously because I had these options set
in the wrong list (properties).
