[OpenLayers-Users] PanZoomBar goes wonky switching from Google to non-Google basemap

I did figure this out, BTW. The solution was to explicitly set the 
correct maxResolution in your Map object's options:

    maxResolution:156543.0339

This makes sense and is per the SphericalMercator documentation; just 
was less obvious after 16 hours at the console. ;)
