[OpenLayers-Users] Validating WMS capabilities ?

Lars, for an Open Source project of mine (PHP/MySQL) I'm planning a move 
from GMaps base to OSM/OL, and yr wms service sounds most interesting!

What can you share regarding yr license plans as well as code?
