[OpenLayers-Users] Using OpenLayers with Google, Vector and Geoscopio layers

Your Tuscany Map url has SRS=EPSG:3003 which is not your map
displayProjection.  Change that to SRS=EPSG:4326.  Also, WMS layers are base
layers by default so you need to specify it is an overlay by writing
isBaseLayer: false in your options.
