[OpenLayers-Users] How to register for mouse events if any changes in viewport happens.

Hi There,
I'm trying to register for a mouse event when i drag the viewport, and get
the present coordinates. Tried some methods with no use and posting here for
help. Please give me some startup n achieveing this.
