[OpenLayers-Users] How to populate markers dynamically.

Hi there,
   I'm trying to populate markers dynamically. When ever i drag the map on
viewport, an event should trigger getting the new coordinates. Basing on the
new coordinate values, I'll make webservice call to get the data where to
create the markers. Please help me in achieving this functionality.
