[OpenLayers-Users] faster pointtrack line drawing?

I would store the pointracks in a database, and just pull the last x number each time or else apply some type of filter - every second or third point rather than every one.

Hi,

Currently i use openlayers with text layer and pointtrack to draw some
vehicle track (text layer as datasource for pointtrack). With under ~3000
points the line drawing was work, but when i have more than ~3000 points the
browser suffer and launch error dialog about javascript not responding, any
idea?
