[OpenLayers-Users] my mouse wheel does not work, randomly

Hi,

It occurs randomly that my mouse wheel will suddenly stops to work,
sometimes, the application starts and mouse wheel immedialty stop
working..... 

All the other works, pan work, the slider also works...

I want to dig into the problem, but where do I start?

Is it caused by a bad patch or bad code in my application?

Please help.
