[OpenLayers-Users] load features in current view

Hi,

you may want to configure your BBOX strategy with ratio set to 1. See
http://dev.openlayers.org/releases/OpenLayers-2.11/doc/apidocs/files/OpenLayers/Strategy/BBOX-js.html#OpenLayers.Strategy.BBOX.ratio
