[OpenLayers-Users] Vector layer blocking markers from clicking?

Hi all,

I have a vector layer on top of a GML layer.
How can I click the green markes of the GML layer? They are somehow blocked
by the vector layer.

What I want is have the arrow icon on top of the green dots AND being able
to click the green dots.
