[OpenLayers-Users] Build.py on windows

Hi folks,

I am trying to run the build.py on a windows XP --> python 3.1

I get an error:

File "C:\OpenLayers-2.10\build\build.py", line 16
       excpet Exception, E:
                                ^

Syntax Error: Invalid Syntax...

Seems like the "," should be a hint, but I dont know any python
whatsoever... any clues ?
