[OpenLayers-Users] getFullRequestString fails unless at least {} passed

I thought I was running into this resolved bug, http://trac.osgeo.org/openlayers/ticket/3244, but it turns out that unless I call layer.getFullRequestString({}) instead of layer.getFullRequestString(), I get a not-so-helpful .js error.  Took me a while to figure that one out.

Maybe the 1st param is now required, but the docs don't make that very clear.  And I think in versions <= 2.10 this might not have been a requirement since it caught me off guard.
