[OpenLayers-Users] custom build configuration 2.9 to 2.10 problem

I have a custom build .cfg that does the job for me in OL 2.9. But
using the same .cfg in 2.10 I have one small thing not working and I
don't know how to determine what I am missing. Using my custom build
in 2.10 my vector style rules do not get applied. My vectors display
with the default OL symbology. I know that the problem is with my
custom build because the style rules are applied correctly when I use
the full 2.10 build. So how can I determine what module I am missing?
Or am I looking at this from the wrong angle?
