SLD_BODY is applied by a GET request. That will be the issue with IE. I get
the same error.
With Firefox 3.6.17 i get back a correct rendered map. Perhaps Firefox 4 has
the same problem with long urls.
The url has a length of 11157 bytes. Most likely is that the issue. You can
use OpenLayers.Layer.WMS.Post to get around with long urls.

Using your online example, and executing the SLD by clicking the "exec SLD"
button, your page fails [for me] with both Firefox 4.0.1 and IE
8.0.6001.18702.
The error in IE is an Invalid Pointer on Line 171 in
OpenLayers_2.10_mod.2.js
The error in Firefox is the pink screen.
Please advise.
