[OpenLayers-Users] How to specify z-index of polyline

Hi,

I have hundreds of overlapping polygons. I would like to be able to specify z-index for each, and for the one currently selected. How do I do that? I can't find an API. Here is the firebug content of my polygon in HTML. How to get z-index in?
